are also known as Singaporean egg noodle. They are quick to prepare, just run under hot water until noodles are loosen or blanch in hot water for 1 min, drain and it is ready to use. Stir-fry with vegetables and meats to make a quick meal. As a suggestion, Asian restaurants use this type of noodle to fry in a wok with oil until crispy and golden brown. Then used as a base for a stir fry of seafood / meat / vegetables, adding a preferred sauce.
