are a 1.5mm  thick dough skin made of flour, egg, water, and salt. Wontons are made by spreading a square wrapper flat in the palm of one's hand and placing a small amount of filing in the centre, and then sealing the wonton in to the desire shape using the finger tips.These Asian Dumplings are able to be used in Deep frying and steaming applications. Commonly they are served with noodles in broth.
