Allow to set for 5 mins at room temperature

 

Preparation for mince 

 

  • Mince meat, prawn, chopped onion, chopped water chestnuts, spring onions, corn flour, salt and pepper, sesame oil. 
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly for 5 ins until ingredients become a paste.
Wrapping Dumplings
 
  • Wrap ingredients into Gold Star dumpling wrappers
  • Seal the edges tightly 
 
Serving Suggestion 
 
Boiled Wontons
  • Place Wontons into boiling water and cook for 3-4 mins 
Steamed Wontons
  • Place wontons in a steamer for 10 mins 
Deep fried Wontons
  • Fry Wontons until cooked and golden bown
